Beer & Food (Fine Dining Experience)
Beer and food has always been a winning combination, so CAMRA is delighted to be working with some great local businesses to hold a ‘beer and fine dining’ experience to raise the profile of some of our top local brews.
As part of the launch of The Great British Beer Festival Winter (GBBFW), CAMRA, in association with the 4-star Maids Head Hotel in Norwich, will be holding a Beer & Food Dining Experience on Sunday 18th February, at 7.30pm.
The Maids Head’s award-winning head chef, Magic Pomierny, will be working with local beer sommelier Cheryl Cade (from the Thirst Consultants) to produce a fine dining 3-course menu, matched with 7 local beers. During the dinner, Cheryl will be on hand to explain the matches and give more details about this adventure in taste.
The confirmed sponsoring breweries are a wonderful mix of ‘craft and traditional’. These are: Ampersand Brewery, Allday Brewing, Elmtree, Boudicca, Humpty Dumpty, Beeston and Panther.
Tickets for the event are limited, and a steal at £35 pp (plus a booking fee), which covers 7 beer samples and 3 courses of food.
A wine flight can be purchased for £24 pp (plus a booking fee, and in addition to the food cost).
