The Halls are accessible by wheelchair. The main entrance has no steps into St Andrew’s Hall where most of the beers, the cider bar and the products stand are located.

The gentlemen’s toilets are located on the ground floor just off St Andrew’s Hall with no steps. There is a temporary ramp to access the area between St Andrew’s and Blackfriars’ Halls – please ask one of the Stewards either side of the main stage who will be more than happy to help. This is where the ladies’ toilets are located.

Further through the building, there is a disabled lift to access Blackfriars Hall where Norfolk beers and food can be found.

There is a stair lift to access the World Beer Bar which is downstairs in the marquee, please ask a Steward or Halls staff member. Staff will be more than happy to help you, so do please ask Stewards for assistance or bar staff for more general enquiries.

If you require special arrangements, please contact the team in plenty of time before the festival – we would suggest by the end of January – though we cannot always provide these arrangements due to safety, limitations of the Halls, fire regulations etc.

Any guest requiring an essential carer/companion can receive one free entrance, which is issued at the door, however you may be required to provide proof of disability.  Well-behaved assistance dogs are also permitted in The Halls, as necessary.
