CAMRA’s Great British Beer Festival Winter, taking place from 20-24 February 2018 in the historic city of Norwich, has just announced that its entertainment lineup will include rock, pop and alternative bands from across Norfolk.

Local entertainment will include:

  • Sam Coe and the Long Shadows – a UK country / Americana band from Norwich will play on the Thursday evening

  • The Collective – one of Norfolk’s favourite wedding and function band, this collection of professional musicians blend classic, soul, funk, disco and rock with the most up-to-date tracks and will be performing on the Friday evening

  • The Shackleton Trio – this trio play an exciting blend of Americana, folk, and self-penned material and have toured the UK, Belgium and the Netherlands. They will be performing on the Saturday afternoon

  • The Vagaband – Norfolk’s finest musicians, the Vagaband are soulful, rustic Americana with gentle elements of soul and swing, performing on Saturday evening

Martin Ward, Great British Beer Festival Winter organiser say: “The Great British Beer Festival Winter isn’t just about beer. A great festival should combine good entertainment and food with its drinks offering, and that is exactly what we are planning to do this year. We are proud to support local performers from the Norwich area and can’t wait to celebrate the fantastic beers of Norwich with them!”

Tickets for the Great British Beer Festival Winter are now on sale and can be purchase for £14 in advance – which includes a souvenir glass and £7 worth of beer token. For more information, visit: https://winter.gbbf.org.uk/
